Who is Emperor Sine Fogge?
Imperial President Sine Fogge takes hold of Earth after the war, acting as a shadow figure to further speed up ‘the end’ of life on Earth. His philosophy is that space travel cannot be achieved in time for everyone or every species, therefore all burn with the dirt and water of the dying planet.
